Shipping & Returns
When we receive your order, we will process it as quickly as possible and ship it for 6.99€ within Germany. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery in Germany.
International Shipping
The shipping price will vary depending on the destination country and will be calculated at the checkout.
Important information about international shipping:
Duties, taxes, and other fees not indicated in the total price may apply to international shipments (e.g. outside of the EU). Please get to know your country customs policies before ordering. We do not cover duties and taxes that might be charged in the country of destination.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We offer 14 day returns on KNNK Studio products which starts from the date you receive your order. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Email contact should be made to info@knnk-studio.com as to the reason for the return, before shipping a returned product.
- The returned parcel is the responsibility of the customer until it is received by KNNK Studio and you are notified that it has been received. We recommend to get proof of postage or a tracking number, just in case the return takes a little longer than expected.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If It is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that we will refund you the price you paid for the products (excluding delivery costs) by the method you used for payment.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
KNNK Studio shoes received defective / damaged?
Please contact us straight away! We’re sorry to hear that you have received a faulty item, but before you send it back, please contact us & we will do the best we can to rectify this.
Please email info@knnk-studio.com with your Order Number as well as photos or videos that show the fault as clearly as possible.
We only exchange items if they are received defective or damaged before use. In addition, packages that are damaged in transit must be signed as such at time of delivery or returned as refused delivery. Please contact us straight away in the above instances. If you need to exchange a product, please send an email to info@knnk-studio.com first.
All returns should be shipped to KNNK Studio, Hindle Creative Studios GbR, Rüpingstr. 36 A, 48151 Münster. The customer bears all return shipping costs. We do not refund these costs.
